Well, that didn’t take long.

Uncle BD has grown up just a little bit since he hit 40. Boopsie gets a lot of the credit. But he’s still kind of a meat-head from time to time, because he’s a guy and we can’t help it.

Well put, Alex…but at least BD is trying. Maybe Alex will come to realize that and give Toggle a chance…

~ I totally agree, be good to Toogle. We’re all a bit looney in our love of these characters. Why else would we keep telling Brenda that Basil is a loser, and to just forget about him? Or kill ourselves laughing at the antics of Calvin and Hobbes, or Lio, or Cul-de-Sac?

GEE1A says: BD served his country in several wars, not a meat-head.And lost his leg for it too. —– BD would probably be the first to admit that even with all that he can still be a meathead. Family, and Mike’s daughter is family, has the right to call him that. But no one else.

I think Trudeau is having a good time drawing Alex’s roommate.
