Hey! This is fun! I didn’t see any posts from Bbear yesterday. I hope he’s okay. Now, just for kicks, now that I’ve learned a new trick, here’s a picture I took several years ago. I had brushed a lot of loose fur off several of my cats. I thought there was enough fur there to build another cat. So that is what did. The tuxedo, now named Stephanie, got adopted yesterday. I will have her about 2 more weeks. She needs to get spayed then I’m going to kitten-sit while the couple is gone. They adopted a male kitten from us and want a friend for him. They live not far from here in an upscale community and are just the nicest people. I think little Miss Stephanie is going to be pretty spoiled.

My brother, named Bill, has been out of work since emergency surgery on December 20, 2015 for a ruptured colon. For reasons that were never explained to my satisfaction, they left him with his abdomen muscles torn apart. After that healed, he lost his insurance so he couldn’t get the follow operation to connect the muscles back together (his bellybutton was way over to one side). He’s now on Medicaid and got a 6 hour operation yesterday. while they were doing it, they decided to take his appendix out (you might as well). So I was cooling my heels in a waiting room all day yesterday. Bill is doing well.

I’m loving the warm weather here in Beantown. It was 92 here today, but there’s a nice breeze blowing in my window.

R.I.P. Flossie. You were a good kitty.

We have a strong thunderstorm rolling in here right now. I got most of my garden planted a couple hours ago and now here comes the rain! But I could do without that strong wind!
