@MJB515 There are upscale burgers. It depends on what kind meat you grind, how much fat you put in, what else you put in, how you cook it, and what you put on it.
Well this was written for Arlo and Janis to be doing over the Memorial Day Holiday opening. Burgers should definitely be on the menu for that! As well as an empty place at the table with a plate and flower as Jimmy added for the day. Thanks for remembering Jimmy!

I’ve worked in several restaurants and never heard any of these terms. The orders were always written down for the cook to read.
