My son was kicking on the back yard door once. I went to see. There he stood with 2 handfuls of garter snakes. “Look what I found Mom!” All I could do was (I hoped calmly) say to him. “Oh! that’s nice Dear. Now go play.” I didn’t want to discourage him, but I also was terrified! I HATE snakes!! If you raise boys, expect things like this!
