Pluggers are still frightened by the opening to “The Outer Limits,” years after it has become outdated to everyone else.

I haven’t done that since I got cable in 1984! Today, no television set has that!

And only channels 2 to 13.

Oh, and don’t forget to adjust the red, green and blue! No wait, it’s probably not a color set.

And turning up the brightness doesn’t make the shows any smarter.

…..and if you have that tacky blue, red, and green plastic people used to stick on the front of the tube to try to simulate color………..

You are a plugger if you even know that there is a adjustment

I used to sit up nights just to watch the test patterns. Good way to fall asleep, too…time after time, after time, after…

I don’t even have a remote control. When I get to lazy to tell the kids to change the channel, I’ll quit watching TV.

It’s actually gotten worse now that they only broadcast in digital. If your antenna isn’t aimed just right you get ‘no signal’ . Ever notice that most Pluggers seem to be about 70 years old?

… and you have rabbit ears on top of the set.
