I thought you get beaned only if your pitcher beaned one of their batters, or if you showboated after hitting a home run. I didn’t think a pitcher would throw at you just because you hit a grand slam off him. But then again, it’s been a while since I’ve really followed baseball.

The fact the batter hit a Grand Slam (as opposed to just a Home Run) is rather telling regarding the pitcher’s abilities.
