    Detached, purely scientific observation: the male of the species has a greater number of eyes than the female. This is probably nature’s way of giving it a mating advantage: that, and craigslist.

    Sisyphos, I think perhaps you missed the two eyes (only one visible, but I’m assuming symmetry) in the female’s shirt. That’s where many males on Earth make eye contact with females, so perhaps they’re just a more evolved species.

    I was about to point out that in Barnacle-Headed Spudurians, it is the males who have the breasts and mascara, but I think MisngNOLA had a much better line!
