so… I see where the grayed out area was prolly the so called inappropriate content, and I see from some of the comments that some people got to see it. But I don’t like censors and I don’t like people telling me what I can and can’t read or see. I’ve spent almost half my life in various arm pits of the world for the freedom to do that, and I take exception that I get a gecko to look at instead of the original string that Carol meant us to see in her – the artist’s – concept of the operation. I like gecko’s I like their mozzie eating abilities, and disease spreading fly eating skills, I know where they are by their ubiquitous little black and white formed scat, and I tolerate their weird little calls at night… but I’m not tolerant of a**holes pressuring cartoonists to fit some societal norming template… sheesh… get a grip people. If you didn’t like it, then stop viewing it. celebrate diversity people, it’s not all about you. or me. I am a dust bunny in the greater scheme of life.
nice gecko BTW… We had tan ones that had a little rounder head. I like to look at their undersides when they’re on glass b/c you can see their weird little toe pads that allow them to walk on glass…
Army Nurse and Michaels11 — you are absolutely right. I’ve reposted the strip (hope it works) and the two following pages will be up tomorrow and Friday. Future comments readers will just have to wonder what happened to the gecko.
This is one of those comics that is less a gag and more a important comment. It was not that long ago that Punch and Judy was considered funny wholesome entertainment for children. Hopefully, today we are moving away from that. As you say this is a four parter with more to come. People should wait until they read the entire story before judging. If one should not judge a book by its cover it is equally wrong to judge a story by one page.

I miss the old site layout. This almost never happened. Now, it happens far too often….

Upload problem. Carol must have a bad internet connection.

As of the moment I type this in, life is cool.

Does one need to BE a character in order to STAY in character?
That is, are you ALWAYS punchy?

I can see the entire strip, and it probably doesn’t make any more sense than the partial strip you guys see (saw?).

Is there a place – such as your website – where we grownups can read the comic?
