I think I have those same aqua and white bins – got them at TJ Maxx. They are all behind the pantry doors so nobody is sleeping or kicking them. However, the kitten playpen in the dining room where I sew (and use for my fabric and completed kitty mats when not being used by foster kittens) is fair game for Moose. I don’t know why he like to paw at it.
My better half & I just keep accumulating cats. A few weeks ago, someone who also feeds a feral colony by my work caught a 12 week old kitten. We took him in, hoping to socialize him. That took about 2 days. Last night I got a text from my wife that she had 3 kittens, including one who wasn’t doing very well. She’d seen someone with a basket of free kittens, and took the ones that were left. They were dealing with heat & no food/water. Thank God they’ll be okay. Kitten 1 from a couple weeks ago might go to a co-worker for her son. These will be taken to the Humane Society on Saturday. Maybe. Why don’t people get their cats & dogs fixed?!
Our big male cat loves sinking his fangs into cardboard, styrofoam, bubble wrap, my foam massage roller. Anything to prepare for those occasions when little cat catches a mouse and can’t dispatch it herself due to missing a fang.
Hah! Lupin in the last panel is doing exactly what our older cat, The Grey Mouser, does with any cardboard box she can find. Unfortunately, she’s not got a lot of teeth left (at age 13), so I don’t know if doing that is good for her or not….
Went to the vet yesterday to pick up flea meds and Cosiquin for my four. There was one lone kitten waiting to be adopted. Down from the five that were there last month. All black. Short hair male, 15 weeks. Green eyes. Today we welcomed Midnight Louie into the house. I could not bear to leave him alone. Already making friends with 13 month old Thomas B. That puts me over my limit, but how could I leave him? Solo cute!

Do any of them contain evidence for the mysterious “mailman”?

Panel 3 is wonderful! I’m not big on using emojis, but that expression on Elvis’ face deserves to be turned into one!

Beautiful, and filled with adventure ! Love the daily format, and the way new and old are being integrated. Burt has a good eye for useful footage…

If you want to get good at bunny kicking you need to take lessons from an expert.
I give lessons at my hedge on Ballard Streat, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I left a guitar shipping box open in the den yesterday and the cat had stretched out to fill almost the entire box.
