And reminds me of Nazis, Eugenics and other bloody crap. And for them the most ruthless probably would have won over the most intelligent. But then if everyone becomes homicidal then it would be the most intelligent turning their minds to killing, on a mass scale would do so. Damn sneaky cetaceans…
