Think of flagging spammers like the “Close Doors” button in an elevator. Pushing it doesn’t do anything when you’re in a hurry, but it makes you feel better anyway.
If Michael’s this excited before getting all that Halloween/trick-or-treating sugar in him, then what’s he going to be like after he starts downing all of it?!? That’s going to be down-right scary!!! Heaven help his parents then!

It is possible for the word “excited” to be negative. Especially if you’ve ever seen kids that are too excited. If they don’t calm down some they can hurt themselves or others.
The word doesn’t always mean just “eager” or “happy anticipation.” Most parents wouldn’t have a problem with that kind of excited.
I love this display of “role playing” by Michael. Surprised he never went into acting after he became an adult. Guess he decided his imaginative talents were best suited for writing.
