Rosalyn’s last visit impressed on her to prepare for this visit.

Ah, cleats. The reason nobody wore sandals or flip-flops when I was in school.

In the overall arc of this strip I have no idea if this is before or after Rosalyn turns out to be Calvin’s swimming instructor. Whichever came second, he ought to have learned his lesson the first time: She’s an athlete.

I always wondered if Rosalyn made it to college or did she have a nervous breakdown because of the nightmares she has about Calvin.

Haha- one of my favorite ones from when I was a kid. Calvin’s sheer panic, and Hobbes’ desperate running, are such great visuals.

Where are they running to, the Yukon again?

The best babysitter is the prepared babysitter!

As usual, Rosalyn would have been nice to Calvin if he’d given her a chance.
