    Not knowing the chronology and timing of Don Juan’s ghost-written pearls of wisdom, I don’t know exactly which book Duke is handing to Mark. The only one I know he put his name on is The Art of the Deal, and we heard frequently from the man who actually wrote it during last year’s campaign. But I think that was only the first of several.

    This bring me back to the early 90’s when mr. Berlusconi , former italian prime minister , sent to all italian families a photo book of him and his family life : a great opportunity of work for our comedians : for most of them was possible to pay their loans
