Too many women in the room! Colour blindness is on the X chromosome, so a woman has to inherit two copies to get it – an X without it will cancel out an X with it. Since men only have one X, they make up the majority of colour blind people.

Is it bad luck for a grayish cat to cross your path?

It’s not just color-blind people who have this kind of problem. Go to Google Images and look up “how guys see color”.
