I’m with you, Kevin. I wanted to see the haunts.

Aww. Miss Bliss is carrying Alice at her shoulder. How sweet. Too bad Alice has spoiled it for the rest of the gang by going corn-zombie, though.

(P.S. Wolfguy’s tag says “staff,” rayannina.)

Why couldn’t she just be sick into the corn and that be it?

I hope she recovers in time for Night Of The Pangolin.

Sisyphos, rats. I really liked Stan the Werewolf.

I also like those instructions that not-Stan-the-Werewolf gave - they will never get out and will be howling like cubs very soon.

That’s “Dan the Werewolf.” Stan, his 2nd cousin, works weekends. (Well known to corn maze lovers .. and who isn’t?)

I love the minimal lines used to draw the corn.

There’s something about driving at night on a small road, surrounded by tall rows of corn….you just know the ghost of Orville Redenbacher is lurking about, ready to microwave you.

“Let’s see if every kernel pops….mwa-ha-haaaa!”

Hope Alice gets better before Sunday. I can remember the crushing disappointment of being sick on Halloween.

I wanna see ALL the corn maze! Rats, Alice, just throw up in the corn already! From those directions though, they may see quite a lot of the corn maze.

There is a real simple way to get out of most mazes provided they are not topographically multiply-connected.

I can see where this is leading–Alice will not go out as a pangolin this Halloween…

I suspect you are right- an Alice missing Halloween arc is afoot. But a minor reality check- a preschool field trip with only one grownup? 2, and more likely 3, would be barely plausible. The preschool at work has a long rope with handgrips on alternating sides to keep track of them whenever they leave the perimeter. Cutest little chain gang you ever did see. It seems to make perfect sense to the kids, but at some point one of the kids is gonna make a break for it.
