In reality, the gluten free blood would be less than a pint and cost a lot more than regular blood. But that being said, blood should naturally be gluten free since it doesn’t contain any wheat, barley, or rye. If, however, it was processed on equipment shared with those grains (maybe there’s blood flavored with barley malt. who knows?) the sign is important.
