Not even a good night hug?

I’ve seen some debate here about where Nelson lives and/or sleeps.

Since he’s fully dressed in these scenarios, I agree with whoever said she’s probably sending him home (next door) to go to bed.

She knows when her daughter expects him, and she’s letting him know it’s that time.

He’s pretty young …. I’d think if he were sleeping at their house, he’d have been told earlier to put his pajamas on…

and any good night kiss would be when he’s tucked in bed.

This seems more like, “time to put your books and toys away” before one of his parents or grandparents walks him between the houses.

Go sleep in your own house, Nelson!

Kissing Gramma on the lips has really traumatized him.

I remember when I was his age and kissing old people, like aunts and grandmothers, seemed weird.
