On one hand, I really wish I could see the drawing.
On the other hand, I guess it’s a lot funnier when it’s left to our imaginations.
Anyone notice how Marigold’s word bubble in the last bubble has too much white space?
I guess originally she was supposed to have more dialogue than that, before Dana erased it.
I hope it’s possible to tell the difference between the eyes and the freckles.
So tell me, Marigold, where is Phoebe’s third leg? Did you even see her third leg of all the times you’ve been hang in out with her?
You’d think Marigold would think Phoebe had a third eye too.
So all this time she thought Phoebe was a guy?
Written on magic paper that self-repairs holes made by unicorn horns.
I’m just curious as to the mechanics of Marigold drawing.
Either Marigold isn’t very observant when it comes to humans — or she considers four the perfect number of legs, so she drew Phoebe to be closer to perfection than she really is.
Friendship means not caring how many legs there are.
Maybe Marigold had just read Clarke’s Rendezvous with Rama or Wells’ War of the Worlds
So close and yet so far, Marigold. This one made me smile.
And … Grammar Nerd Alert … kudos to Marigold for saying “fewer” and not “less”.
When drawing with a marker held in your mouth, conveying a human shape with any number of limbs is pretty impressive.
Lol
Did anyone else see that in the last panel, there is no border around Marigold’s belly to the right of her speech bubble?
