Circus segment reminds me of how much my late mother liked the circus as she perceived it from her rural home in Wisconsin—a family of exotic animals and costumed performers and the travel from place to place to entertain. This unexpected turn in the plot of Gasoline Alley is certainly keeping my interest.

A giraffe? I didn’t know circuses had them. I like the cat on the elephant’s back.

Beautiful artistry! And, Joel…. so glad to be seeing him so much….even in the uncomfortable position he is in at the moment.
