I would have thought a unicorn was thrown off….hence why you never see a unicorn to this very day! (You’ll see green alligators and long-neck geese…some humpty back camels and some chimpanzees….)
Well there is only one giraffe in the cartoon, maybe there wasn’t enough room to draw 2 & hence the joke came on its own?
Who is the poor slob on the ark who is on “poop patrol?”
It was obviously a Sasquatch that they put off the ark.
I do not get the humor.

And after a full investigation, Shem, Ham, and Japheth were arrested and sentenced to clean out the bottom of the ark for their remaining days.
