Depends on the store. I went into a Best Buy looking for something the web site said was in stock, but the salesman said “No, we’re out, the web site is often wrong.” I went out and sat in the car for a few minutes, then came back in and got another salesman. He said “Let me check” and came back a few minutes later with what I was after. The first guy just didn’t want to be bothered.
I have actually NEVER been in a auto supply store that didn’t have much of their inventory in the back. When I need a part for the car (aside from fuses, bulbs, etc.) I always go to an employee, give them make, model, year, and part, and they go INTO THE BACK to get it. Maybe this is just a Florida thing?

Normally they do have more in the back. At least that is what I have found.

Isn’t this an employee manual, not a customer manual?
