As many times as Andy has been in that canal, he’s entitled to a little schadenfreude, even when it’s his best buddy.
I’d say push him in but then you have to rescue 2 drunks.

Boy, Andy sure is a jerk, isn’t he? To be fair, Chalkie has probably laughed at Andy falling into the canal a lot of times, though.
If Andy doesn’t save Chalkie he’ll be going dry!
