Looks like a male stag beetle, perhaps the “flagship”species, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucanus_cervus.Those scary looking jaws are used to wrestle with other males for access to females.The boss is safe.Good thing too: Jenkins needs the salary, so he can someday buy a nose.
