Monty will probably sleep through the New Year’s Eve celebrations, and then both complain about it when he wakes up and try to explain away why he fell asleep after his “rigorous training” for the event….
Once upon a time, instead of a single 24-hour day I was operating on two 12-hour days. If left to my own devices, I would sleep from about 6 – 10 AM, then 6 – 10 PM, give or take. It was how I balanced working the night shift and attending college during the day.

If left to my own devices* I’d be up most nights until 2-3 AM anyway, so New Year’s Eve would be a breeze for me.

I wake up at 7:00 pm and I drive till the sun comes up. Except on Christmas and New Years Eve.
