I’m still waiting for it to get cool enough to turn off the air conditioner.

The e’en is a contraction for “evening.” “All Hallows’ Eve” is the evening of “All Saints’ Day,” the saints being hallowed on 1 November (2 November is “All Souls’ Day,” in honor of everyone who got into heaven.)

Twelve years of parochial education comes in useful, once a decade or so …

Here’s a suggestion for you fellas’

Starting Monday I will be turning in, not the spammers, but the website business site that they are providing the link for to our state’s attorney-general. He loves to prosecute spamming website owners.

Do the same for your state’s attorney-general; since go-comics doesn’t wish to help, then we can simply have the spammers owners fined out of existence.

Also, just the fact that Go-Comics will have government officials monitoring this site and asking questions may help to encourage them to stop the spammers instead of giving them shelter.

Heh… AND I’ve heard tell that a number of “energy saving” home improvements no longer merit tax credits…
