We are getting a lot of folk standing at intersections lately with “homeless, please help” cardboard signs.. In fact you see the same guys over and over, makes one think there is an organization that drops these guys off as a business venture.
While I was in England, they had this guy who knew all of the best places to beg for money. When he ended his day, they found that he would walk to his BMW and drive to his home. That is how he actually made his living.
