I’ve tried Green Giant™ cauliflower tots and they taste just fine to me.

how about the lie that “liver and onions” taste good if one makes it right…..

Reminds me of the time my mom served us eggplant disguised as chicken cutlets. ☹

I tried a name brand of mashed cauliflower and they tasted metallic and bitter, strangely enough. Never again.

Mashed cauliflower tastes exactly like mashed potatoes, but only if you’ve never, ever, had mashed potatoes to compare the flavor to. So young parents, start your kids off early by feeding them mashed cauliflower and call it mashed potatoes. Of course then when they stumble on mashed potatoes at a friend’s or relative’s house they’ll comment that “the mashed potatoes are spoiled”; just like they do with whole milk after years of being fed 2%.

I don’t see any point in mashing cauliflower!

Remember all those “headaches”? And the times she had to “wash her hair”?

Sorry but mashed cauliflower and mashed potato do not taste the same.

But don’t worry, Opal. Our taste buds do play tricks on us.
