Hah! Does anyone else recognize Dr. Hfuhruhurr’s name? I do! I don’t remember Adam having brain surgery…

I wondered if he had an assistant named Anne Uumellmahaye.

He’ll need a shot of Novocaine to numb the area before the shots, but what will they use to numb the area for the shot of Novocaine?

Adam would be OK if he had half a brain much less with 2.

For me, those notices go right into my recycling bin. The only doctor I want to see is Doctor Toon.

it is a wild and crazy name.

Not being familiar with the movie The Man with Two Brains (I ran an internet search to find the reference) the name Hfuhruhurr put me in mind of Jonathan Swift’s Houyhnhnms. I wonder if there was a conscious borrowing there in addition to the Hitlerian reference.
