    More confusing for the literate minded are errant apostrophes, such as:

    The Smith’s Home (The owner is proud of his house; apparently nobody else lives there)

    Carrot’s and Pea’s Chicken Breast (This meat brought to you by one carrot and one pea.)

    Recently a school zone sign made news when school was spelled S C O H O L . I used to have a picture I took of the same mistake in Ashland, KY. Maybe the spelling has become accepted?
