You know, if you first braise, then steam, then roast covered, then uncovered for the last 3 minutes, 37 seconds, then served with a delicate bearnaise, pot holders aren’t too bad.

I’ve heard jokes about ice cubes being an organic, vegan, and gluten-free meal. I have to point out, though, that fruits and veggies are gluten free, vegan, and delicious if prepared properly. A large salad of pears, grapes, bananas, and melon is delicious and satisfying. Similarly, celery and peanut butter is satisfying and healthy.

Also, Oreos are vegan. Just putting that out there.

Regrettably, I’ve been looking for the union label for the entire 21st Century and hardly ever finding it.

A certain multi vitamin was advertised as being gluten free and non GMO. Of course silicone is all that.

I think Zonker might be misunderstanding what “pot holders” are.

I once had a girlfriend who was a vegan ( but couldn’t cook ). I learned to prepare all sorts of interesting and enjoyable vegan meals during our couple of years together. I also discovered some great vegan restaurants in our area.

People knock vegetarians and vegans without really knowing anything about the food.

I’m not a vegan but I eat very little red meat or pork. Living where I do, my diet does include plenty of fresh fish and poultry.

I thought pot holders were for dessert. You know a nice three layer pot holder cake ala Curly Howard.

Only in comics could a freeloader gain so much control over a home.
