Grace is one scary broad! And those green eyes! Spooky.
Well. in all the murder mysteries I read, the murderer is usually not introduced to the readers until page 435………….. So, does this mean Grace done done it?
I am so disappointed. I had hopes that Grace would have flung the dung on both of them like she said she would do. I wonder, did she threaten the Gocomics syndicate with that dung so that they would not cancel her? If so, then Cleo and Bluebonnet both need to do the same thing.

Once again… while friends and visitors get used to the new system…
This is the November 16th 2010 Ballard Street strip.
If you stopped by to comment on Sunday’s “Cleo and Company”… for November 15th 2020…
please go back to yesterday’s page and post after the puzzle comments.
Saturday and Sunday Cleo comments share one day on Ballard Street, which from now on runs only six days a week.
Please save this space for comments on the November 16th, 2020 “Cleo and Company”, so the days stay in sync.
Thank you!

I have to say, that office certainly looks party-ready….
is that a working ice cube tray attached to the ceiling?
I admit, I’m tired… perhaps my impressions shouldn’t be trusted…
For a moment I thought Callie, the accounting clerk, was carrying a corn-cob pipe.

Alright, where is (((((Plods)))))?
He needs to “keep his stick on the ice”!Replied to you yesterday, Sir! :-) You are usually here by now. I hope all is well with you all. :-)

I hope that those are just some weird contact lenses that Grace is wearing.

I remember parties like that. Not allowed anymore. You’re lucky if they bring in donuts or bagels.

Grace is a woman of mystery. Does anyone know what she is capable of? Can she open locked doors with a look from her googly eyes? Can she KILL?

Grace is an acolyte of the famous Far-Eastern philosopher Who Flung Dung.

Hypnotic, no? You should see when she makes them spin; one clockwise and the other counter-clockwise.

And we’re off again…. clickety-clacking our way through another bit of the mystery… another suspect….
On the Midnight Express…. in the Nov 16th 2020 “CLEO and COMPANY” on Sherpa.
And yikes… those eyes.
As others have said…. those eyes.
Where does she come from?
What has she seen?
More importantly…. at least for this plot…. what has she done?
Of course, we don’t want to be profiling, here.
Just because somebody has a snarly disposition, an other-worldly pallor, and a glare that could probably stop the train on its own….
coupled with the hollow-eyed look of the damned….
we shouldn’t automatically be suspicious…
Um… should we?
(gulp.)
Golly.
I wonder whether the dining car is still open…
Yup… I think I’ll just…
Oh… right…. locked. This car is locked… and I can’t…um….
All rrright…. b…b.. back to my own compartment, then… uh… right-o.

That company runs a tight ship. Unfortunately, some have been getting a little too tight lately.
Sam is getting close as long as he doesn’t step in it.
