They are a wild and crazy bunch of Raccoon Emulators! But I suspect they stop short at eating the garbage.

I’ve wondered about the point of secret societies but for this club a mask should definitely be obligatory.

The lines do seem a bit blurry on Ballard Street…..

We have the Raccoon Roundtable…..

and the aforementioned (Thanks, X ) Wildlife Management Team …

and some raccoons who truly believe they are businessmen.

So many questions left unanswered. Is the yellow shirt & grey checked pants a Roundtable uniform? Are they raiding, or at least upending, neighborhood trash cans, as the debris around them suggests? Are these fellows an offshoot of the Fess Parker Fan Club, or completely independent? And what do they do the rest of the evening?
