When I was young and teaching myself how to program, “Battleship” was the first game I wrote a program to play. The second was a game called “Robot War”.
When I was a kid we actually played it with pencil and paper! Drew our own grids. Now you have to pay to play. I’m waiting for someone to come out with hopscotch grids you have to buy and lay out on the sidewalk. Or a computerized version.

I loved this game when I was little. Now I hear there’s an app with this game on it!
