Man: Have a nice day? It's dark. It's cold. It's windy. It's drizzly. And it's going to get worse. I'm not going to "have a nice day." Not for a very very long time.
Don’t get mad at the poor employee! We store people come up with things we say that’s a habit! It’s so much of a habit for me to thank the customer at the end of a transaction that I do it when I’m the customer at another store!
you could be a paraplegic or be starving in some third world country where you have to wait in long lines for your turn to get some filthy water to have to drink to just stay alive.
or worse…….be thankful you’re a fat , self centered, crabby person who doesn’t know how good you’ve got it….
aircraft-engineer, I moved to Seattle for this weather. Down in Lost Angeles, we had two seasons – “Summer” and “Other” and the latter was only five months long. Between that and the extra-chewy air, I do my best to avoid visiting that area any more than I absolutely have to… Now I live where I get almost enough rain.
