Well, I agree. That picture ofMrs O doesn’t look at all like her. And that dress looks like a type of camouflage that was popular in various navies around WW1.

I like the portrait of Barack, but the one of Michelle doesn’t do her justice…Maybe it’s just the style of the art I don’t care for…..

Funny how the painting looks like Kennedy….

Cartoonery is exempt from art criticism. If it looks odd, the artist may maintain that it was their intention for it to look odd, and you just aren’t getting it yet.

Once upon a time, Opus did look a lot more like a penguin.

He has changed.

He has gained weight in several directions.

He has attained Americanness.

He has gained Americanosity.

He has become the Evolved Penguin-American!

Mr. Obama’s is quite realistic. Ms. Obama’s doesn’t look like her at all.

For that matter, don’t make the penguin talk.

“Fancy pants art” is for folks wearing fancy pants, obviously; not for those wearing smiley-face diapers (and pink bunny slippers). That’s your problem right there. What Binkley and Opus are (or aren’t) wearing is affecting their brains!
