Hey, my momma told me to be nice to all the girls. One of the best pieces of advice I ever had. Jason, now that it happened , let Eileen be happy for awhile.
In 2nd grade, we had an assignment to write a letter to a classmate. Up until that time, all my experience writing letters had been to aunts, uncles, etc. So I thought the proper ending to a letter was “Love, Joe”. Of course, i was assigned to write to Mary somebody. Hilarity ensues. Strangely, I don’t remember too much abuse

Egad is a great exclamation. I love throwing it in from time to time

And he thought the guys at school would abuse him forever if they knew he wrote a note like that to his mom….a whole new level of abuse.

I always had ‘girlfriends’ throughout school, even elementary. I caught some flak about cooties but for the most part I think my friends were jealous.
