Well done!
Unfortunately, we spend the first half doing the shuffle shuffle.
It does rather beg the question of what he did with the first half. And speaking of halves, where is Sally, Spencer’s better half?
Lucky dude.
Well, let’s see…if Spencer worked until he was 65…that means he’ll live to 130. I kind of doubt that he’ll have much dilly left in his dally by then.
It’s a tough gig but someone has to do it.
I’m dillying as I write, it’s what us old folks do.
Fortunately there’s a pill for that.
So … is this dilly or dally? I get them mixed up.
Ah to Dilly Dally. Three more months left to go.
I wish someone had told me when I hit the halfway mark…
sigh….. I guess I didn’t know when it was time to start dilly-dallying.
Farside reminded me…
An old friend, when he was in his late fifties, complained to his 80-plus-year-old father about being middle aged.
His Dad feigned great shock….
My friend expected something like “OMG, my baby boy is middle aged already!”
Instead, he heard, "You’re middle-aged??
Wow…. just how long do you expect to live?? "
plenty of time to do that!
Do they still have Dilly bars at Dairy Queen?
At 80, I guess that I am well into my second half! But, I have been dillying and dallying, off and on, the whole time! I highly recommend it!
Good morning Mudd and Gweedo.
Ah. The Joys of Dillydom. I’ve been doing that for the last 12 years! Haven’t started smoking cigars, though. Maybe that is part of Dallyness.
Spencer is a man after me own heart ! Well, played lad, well played !
I’m well into the second half ( reluctantly creeping up on the 3rd Quarter ) and have long mastered the art of the Dilly Dally.
However, many of my early dalliances were real dillies, and have been cause for divorce.
My current dilly dallying and shilly sallying are defined by as being Laissez-faire or as my First Maite is like to call it, just plain lazy !
My name isn’t Spencer…

I have either missed my midlife crisis, or else I will live to 160 at least.
After I retire tomorrow, I’m taking up melon farming….honeydo’s
