The Navy’s F-4’s always had rough landings.

“Folks this is captain’s Calvin and Hobbes, we are having a little trouble getting this flight to take off. We may need to ask my parents for help…something I should’ve done hours ago”.

Calvin obviously subscribes to the old adage: “If it doesn’t move, force it. If you force it, it breaks.”

Wheels were actually optional, you could put a “flying” plain on a stand.

This plane is ready for the Bone Yard way before it’s time.

Gotta wonder if Calvin will graduate into trying to put together the model of the USS Missouri battle ship? Caused ME a lot of grief when I attempted/completed that project back in the late ’50’s !!!
