This reminds me of an episode of âMighty Orbots,â when they went to work at a prison. Bo became the dishwasher, and her âbossâ said, âFinished with the breakfast dishes. Now you can wash the lunch dishes,â and she broke down and cried.
To me, reminiscent of my first job at a full-serve restaurant (mostly ice cream), but still, all meals, too. LOTS of dishes and POTS!! Had to clean âem all, many shifts. One time the âownerâ â a real skinflint and piece of work all her own (so all around said, TOO) â complained how I took extra time to make sure the dishes and pots were ACTUALLY cleaned! She was SO cheap! Even the main cook commented to me, nicely, that â yep, maybe a tiny bit more time (maybe an extra hour, usually LESS) â but those were the CLEANEST he had seen those dishes and pots!!
