Had to give up my office when my step daughter moved in

Only one spot in the living room works, not much to redo

Might be overdue to clean out my desk drawers…

What about a corner. He could back himself into a corner with this decision.

Buy a new chair (I need a new chair for my office).

Watch out Adam! It’s a trap! You wont get any writing done that way!

If you got rid of the window you’d get more done.

Put the desk right in the middle and work around it.

I’d pick the window view Adam. A writer needs inspiration. Nothing better than being able to look out on the big old world outside that window and imagine all the possibilities. Of course mine would be when can I take a nap, but that’s just me….
