Of course we have worries. But we don’t obsess about them, we tackle them. Either you can fix that worry, or you have to let it go. Either you’re a guy, or you aren’t a guy.

Worry about only those things that you can control. If you have no control over the situation there is no need to worry about it. I finally figured out how to quit worrying about things out of my reach and life became much better. A fellow once told me he was worried about how his team was going to do in the game that weekend. I asked him if he was playing, coaching or any other role other than spectator. He said no so I asked him why was he worrying about it if he had no control. He couldn’t answer
