I’ve been learning Australian Sign Language for a few months and I still have to recite A,e,i,o,u to figure out the right vowel sign.

Yep, that’s me!

Every single dang time!

I would forget my head if it were not attached, and yet, I can remember our home phone number from 40 years ago, and also all the lyrics to Bruce Springsteens “The River.”

Thank God for the alphabet song!

But I always trip up on the giant letter in the middle: H, I, J, K, ELEMENO, P…

Thanks to Big Bird, I can pronounce the alphabet.

a-b-c-d-e-f-g, h-i-j-k-l-m-n-o-p.q-r-s, t-u-v. w-x, y and z. Now I know my a-b-c’s,next time won’t you sing with me??
