Like the rest of the Rs, they have nothing else to talk about. No legislative accomplishments except to take things away. Their “big” tax cut didn’t help the vast majority of us in any significant way. They’re about to let Iran have nukes again, so any hope of disarming N.Korea will be bust. They have surrendered to Putin. So bring out the oldies and play them again.
GOPers complained about the Clintons’ real estate and investments, complained about them drawing a government salary, complained about their speeches, and now complaining about her writing a book. Yes, I know GOPers want them thrown into prison for the imagined crime of being a Clinton. But then they would complain about having to pay for that cost too.
Of course, the same GOPers, manage to overlook Trump’s Mafia ties for his buildings in New York (the curious LACK of labor strikes while other builders had work stoppages), his violations of the Emoluments Act, overcharges to the Secret Service, Mar-A-Lago fees, Trump’s Revocable Trust on his businesses to his kids, evidence of his Russian money laundering, and all the rest of his financial dealings that might be exposed if he released his tax returns.
But of course, GOPers haven’t argued in good faith since Ronald Reagan first took office.
Complaining about Clinton was, is, and will continue to be about distracting from the far worse actions of the GOP.
Mrs. Clinton has said she isn’t running again, but of course the right don’t want to believe that because after all, THEY want her to run again. In her book she takes complete responsibility for her loss but they don’t want to hear that, it takes away a good reason to complain about her. They have tried for thirty years to find something (ANYTHING) criminal to charge her with but have failed miserably, but they just can’t stop saying “Lock her up!” because then they wouldn’t have anything to say about her at all.
Isn’t there some kind of superstition that if you mention the name of a creature it won’t come near you? Maybe that’s why she keeps turning up in conversation. She’s driven me nuts since she and her husband were President.

Seriously. Only Republicans are still talking about her.
Democrats stopped a long time ago.
Don’t believe me? Oh, that’s right. I’m a Democrat. Why should you believe me?

I think the slogan “So how do I look now?” would play better…

Mitt Romney is actually running for office. Nobody seems to think that he has an obligation to “go away.”

The longer she stays in the spotlight the more damage she does to the centrist wing of the Dem party.
