Childhood, Schmildhood. The best time of life is RETIREMENT! Now you get to play all day and you have the money (hopefully!) to do it!

Never, I would not go thru that again for anything!!

Boy, do I miss it so

Back when you could let your imagination run; before you found out about feasibility.

Kids don’t think this when they’re kids. They wish they’re adults so they can do stuff they’re not allowed to do. Children like Gracie don’t exist whatsoever. Thank God.

Don’t get used to it. As someone who watched the building of the ARK I can say it won’t last! (snicker, giggle).

Twain said childhood was “the best of life and the shortest.” However, I’ve always felt that those who are nostalgic for childhood have selective memories. A lot of people seem to develop total amnesia about their public school days (witness the support for teachers carrying guns).

Petemejia77 said that children like Gracie don’t exist, but he is wrong. They grow up to produce beautiful work in several different fields at the same time that it would take three normal people working full time to turn out the same amount.

This is a sentiment shared by the present occupant of the White House.
