How’s the weather?

Damp – lots of rain and very humid again. Cloudy, but the sun still heats. I don’t sleep well: Sometimes, one sheet is too little, then too much.

Don’t forget the bucket.

Hot at 100 degrees yesterday and today!!! Summer must be approaching!!!

We’re so lucky in coastal Northern California.

(30 miles from the Pacific but still somewhat governed by sea breezes and currents.)

90° at 3pm today….

but in a day or two, back down into the mid 70’s.

It’s up and down in June and July.

It’s usually hotter, and more relentlessly, in August and September…

Some days well over 100° … but when we think it’s humid, an East Coaster would laugh…

and it’s a rare night, even then, that doesn’t drop back down into the low to mid 50’s.

Rain is for winter here…. instead of snow.

Please, don’t all move here….

Don’t want it to break off and fall into the ocean.

It’s not leaking now…

How’s the weather? Low 80’s with little humids today.

90’s and heat warnings until Monday.

Temp is up to 70 right now, and the humidity is down to 67%. It’s supposed to reach 80 by this afternoon.

Cool and dry inside – hot and humid outside.

Radar is picking up a line of thunderstorms moving through the mid west. It’s also picking up a squadron of North Korean ICBMs so I wouldn’t sweat the thunderstorms.

Don’t forget the foul weather gear.

Aggressive? What is he supposed to do? Shout at the clouds?

Blue tarps on the roof are good for a while. Installing a new roof is not difficult. It requires few tools. The code manual only has a few pages of requirements. The materials you need to take up the ladder weigh 7-8 tons.

I can’t repair it while it is raining. When it is not raining it is not leaking so I don’t need to repair it.
