Do you do healthy?
We avoid that unhealthy stuff, i.e. everything with an ingredients list too long. Processed stuff.
Most times, I make our meals from fresh vegetables, meat, fish and the like.
They’re fats that dress up as proteins.
I do the healthy, then I reward myself with the not so healthy.
What are they then? Google to the rescue:
A process that adds hydrogen to liquid vegetable oils to make them more solid, as in “partially hydrogenated oils." Raises bad cholsterol and lowers good cholesterol.
They’re fats that are born as proteins or sugars, but totally identify as fats.
In their original form, they may try to mimic the appearance and mannerisms of fats.
Many later undergo procedures, such as digestion or chemical enhancement, to help them live their lives in their chosen identity.
They may not be able to fully function as fats….
but they feel more at ease, and more at home in their own bodies.
It seems a shame that so many places ban them now.
Be kind to them.
I do tasty.
Do I do healthy? No way, man. It’s addictive and I’m a law abiding citizen.
Pretty healthy. We’ve been vegetarians for decades.
I try…
.
..
…
but fail. sigh
Not intentionally.
