On the other hand, he didn’t communicate in any meaningful way either. All he needed to say was “there a cat in your roses.” Simple, clear and to the point.
Frazz was trying to be polite and it wasn’t working. If he said that there was a cat crapping, or rather, doing it’s business in her roses, he’d have been rude. Hope he doesn’t get blamed for not warning her.
Given she takes good care of her roses, she probably noticed the cat before Frazz did and has made occasional but ultimately fruitless efforts to prevent random dumping. Not as frustrating as squirrels at the squirrel proof feeder, but close.
This is an idealic community. I attended the same elementary school for 8 years, I can’t remember a teacher lived in the neighborhood. Anyone “out there” have their teachers in their lives other than at school?
Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo does a thing where they gather the manure from the animals, especially the big cats, and give it away to the gardeners lucky enough to be there at the right time. It’s really good fertilizer, and dogs will not go anywhere near it. (If you were a canine and you smelled lion and/or tiger poop, you would probably do the same.) Other zoos probably do the same thing, but ours is the only one I know for sure.

It is not cat poop that does in plants, it is dog urine.

I’m with Mrs O on this one! Frazz is obfuscating unnecessarily!

Great shirt, Frazz! “It’s only you & me, and we just disagree.”

Why is free fertilizer a problem?

Well, where else is a feral cat supposed to poop? Wouldn’t you poop among the roses is you could? Mind those thorns, though!

Mrs. O may not be as as sharp as Caulfield, but I bet she knows there’s been a cat in her roses.

Remember this when Trumpster say that.
