I had more fun with using firecrackers on ants than magnifying glasses. Especially fire ants….the more you blew them up the more they would swarm on the next nuke you put down in the middle of them…..then light the fuse……

Survivalists used to just think about the things they would need to survive a disaster but too many neighbors mentioned they would just kill them and take what they had saved up. Then they realized they would need weapons no matter how pacifistic they were inclined to be lest their families be slaughtered or enslaved.

That’s not preparing for doomsday; that’s looking to cause it. He’s starting a cult.

And I bet the ant belongs to a right-wing militia group like most of these survivalists do.

How does he know he’s a doomsday prepper? Maybe he’s just embracing solar energy.

I suppose suicide is a form of prepping??? Not something I’d try.

It appears the species has survived rather well, in spite of so many kids with magnifying glasses and broken bottle shards playing god.

If everything has been annihilated what’s the point of trying to survive? If one’s life has been so drastically compromised where’s the joy?…

Actually, it’s a decent plan. A magnifying glass can start fires when you run out of matches/lighters…
