When I was a more shapely young lady (though nowhere near Boopsie’s looks!) I worked in a rowdy bar, and I wore halter tops with strings that tied in the back. Not being an idiot, I tied the string with a knot for function and then with a bow for looks. One of the rowdies thought himself extremely clever when he pulled the bow loose, but was so aggravated when he saw the knot, he actually went and complained to the bartender! (Even worse was one who complained because I wouldn’t let him bite my rear – I was fast-moving in those days! – and complained to the bartender). Of course the bartender just laughed. (And the bouncer kept an eye on anybody like this, telling me he’d throw them out if I liked, but it was all in good fun.)

Left strap drop, then left strap drop; then right strap drop, than – last – right strap drop. Did I miss something?

It isn’t what you do that matters, it’s that you do it together.
