The story of Noah, along with the other flood myths, came from group memories of the rising sea and lake levels after the end of the last ice and the ice cap retreats. At least that’s one person’s hypothesis.

If there’s a God, he let the flood happen. He can’t claim no reason.
Way too many preachers and Evanjellyfish. Perspicacity seems nearly extinct.
